Ownership	PowerSeraya Ltd is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of YTL Power International Berhad since 6 March 2009. (see diagram 3.1)

Changes in organisational structure during reporting period	The company underwent ownership changes during the reporting period which resulted in an organisational restructuring exercise in 2009. The Utiltiies Group underwent a major restructuring exercise in Q3 2009 to align its modus operandi with that of its parent company to enhance synergies among the subsidiaries of the parent company.
