This is PowerSeraya’s first report on sustainability and the report profile is as follows:

• The reporting period is FY06/07 (Apr 06 to Mar 07) and FY 07/08 (Apr 07 to Mar 08) unless otherwise indicated. We have chosen this period to provide a holistic picture of our sustainability activities, taking into account that our corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives with the community went into full force in early 2007. That said, we have also included report data that covers more than three years, if it is related to climate change and could be considered material to our business. For example, we have provided 3 years of data that report content related to human capital.

• There have been no previous sustainability reports.

• The reporting cycle is planned based on an annual basis.
